Arriving on time
Please arrive at your booked time. A £5 fee applies for every 10 minutes you are late.
Cancellations
A £10 cancellation fee applies, payable within 48 hours. New appointments cannot be booked until it has been paid.
Studio address
For security, the address is sent the day before your appointment. Please contact the studio if you have not received it.
